By accessing our website or booking a consultation, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our website or services.

1. Services Provided
Golteralune offers sports training and analysis services, which include:
- Golf lessons
- Golf simulation sessions
- Club fitting sessions
- Swing analysis services
All details, structures, and specifications of these services are displayed on our official website. We reserve the right to alter or discontinue any service or service details at any time without prior notice.
2. Consultation Booking Process
- Initial Step: Customers can visit our website to review service descriptions and request an initial consultation.
- No Initial Charges: Requesting a consultation through the website is completely free of charge. No payment details are captured on the website, and no final booking is established at this stage.
- Scheduling: During the online request process, the customer selects an available date and time for their consultation session.
- Location: The consultation takes place in person at our office address: One Island East, Taikoo Place, 18 Westlands Rd, Quarry Bay, Hong Kong.
3. Consultation, Tailored Plans, and Final Booking
- In-Person Assessment: During the consultation at our office, our representatives will design a tailored training plan based on the customer's requirements, and an instructor will be allocated. For services outside of regular instruction (such as simulation or club fitting), specific service packages will be presented and discussed.
- Payment Policy: To complete the booking and secure the scheduled sessions, the customer must pay the total amount upfront at our office.
- Payment Method: Payments are accepted in cash only. No other forms of payment (such as credit cards, checks, or electronic bank transfers) are accepted for the initial booking.
- Booking Finalization: A session or package is considered officially scheduled and active only after the cash payment has been received in full by our representatives.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
All cancellations must be communicated to Golteralune in writing via email at contact@golteralune.com. Refunds are processed based on the timeframe of the notification:
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to the scheduled session: The customer is eligible for a full refund of the paid amount.
- Cancellations made between 24 hours and 48 hours prior to the scheduled session: A fee equal to 50% of the session cost will be deducted, and the remaining 50% will be refunded to the customer.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled session: No refunds will be issued for notifications received less than 24 hours before the session.
- No-Shows: If a customer fails to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, it will be categorized as a late cancellation, and no refund will be provided.
5. Refund Methods
Accepted refunds will be processed through one of the following methods, depending on the customer's choice:
- Bank Transfer: If the customer chooses a bank transfer, they must provide their valid banking details to us via email after the cancellation request is accepted. Golteralune is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect banking information provided by the customer.
- Cash Refund: If the customer prefers a cash refund, they must personally visit our office at One Island East, Taikoo Place, 18 Westlands Rd, Quarry Bay, Hong Kong, to collect the physical cash amount.
6. Personal Data and Privacy (PDPO Compliance)
Golteralune complies with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) ("PDPO") of Hong Kong.
- Collection of Data: We collect personal data such as names, contact numbers, email addresses, and bank account information (only in the event of a bank transfer refund).
- Purpose of Collection: This data is collected solely for managing consultations, fulfilling bookings, communicating service updates, and processing cancellations or refunds.
- Data Security: We implement appropriate administrative and physical measures to safeguard your personal data against unwanted access, processing, or erasure.
- Data Sharing: Your personal data will not be shared, sold, or distributed to third parties for marketing purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability
Golteralune provides instruction, analysis, and simulation services for recreational and educational purposes. While our staff operates with standard professional competence, participation in physical activities involves inherent risks. Golteralune, its instructors, and its representatives are not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or loss incurred during or as a result of our sessions, except where required by Hong Kong law.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR). Any disputes arising from these Terms or the services provided shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
9. Modifications to Terms
Golteralune reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be updated directly on this page, and your continued use of our services or website following such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
