This Refund and Cancellation Policy outline the rules and procedures for modifying, cancelling, or requesting refunds for services booked with Golteralune. Our goal is to maintain a fair, structured scheduling environment for both our clients and our instructors at our facility located at One Island East, Taikoo Place, 18 Westlands Rd, Quarry Bay, Hong Kong .
By finalizing a booking through our mandatory in-person cash payment process, you agree to the timelines and terms specified below.
1. Cancellation Timelines and Fees
All requests for session cancellations or scheduling changes must be submitted in writing via email to contact@golteralune.com. The eligibility and amount of your refund are calculated strictly based on when we receive your written notice relative to your scheduled session time:

2. No-Shows and Late Arrivals
- No-Shows: If you do not attend a scheduled lesson, simulation session, club fitting, or swing analysis without providing prior written notice, the session will be forfeited. This is considered as a cancellation under the 24-hour mark, and no refund will be issued.
- Late Arrivals: Sessions begin promptly at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, your session will still end at its original scheduled time to avoid disrupting subsequent clients. No partial refunds or pro-rated extensions will be provided for lost time.
3. Refund Distribution Methods
Once a cancellation request is reviewed and formally accepted via email by Golteralune, you can choose one of the two methods below to receive your refund.
Option A: Bank Transfer
- Process: Reply to our cancellation approval email with your local Hong Kong bank details (including Bank Name, Bank Code, Branch Code, Account Holder Name, and Account Number).
- Privacy: In alignment with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (PDPO), these details will be handled with strict confidentiality and used solely to complete the transaction.
- Timeline: The transfer will be initiated after our team verifies the account details.
Option B: Cash Refund
- Process: If you do not wish to share banking information via email, you must personally visit our office at One Island East, Taikoo Place, 18 Westlands Rd, Quarry Bay, Hong Kong
- Requirement: Cash refunds are handled in person during normal business hours. Please coordinate a collection time with our support team via email before visiting.
4. Policy for Changes Initiated by Golteralune
In rare instances, an instructor may become unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, or facility equipment (such as simulators or swing analysis systems) may require urgent adjustment.
If Golteralune must cancel or reschedule your session:
- We will notify you as far in advance as possible.
- You will be offered the option to reschedule to a mutually convenient date.
- If a replacement date cannot be agreed upon, a full refund will be issued to you via your choice of bank transfer or cash.
